Event Details

The event itself gives the fans of comics, film, art, sports and media the chance to meet the stars from all fields under one roof.

We provide the chance to meet guests, get autographs, pose for photos with your idols, socialise with like minded people and providing security from the Storm Troopers themselves. We even have stalls selling all sorts of goodies, merchandise and memorabilia.

You get the chance to meet guests up close and personal. We let you have the chance to either get a picture of your choice signed or even a personal item such as a poster or action figure. Don’t be scared when meeting the guests, they don’t bite!

One of the most popular aspect of the show which is a fan favourite is the photoshoot sessions which we hold throughout the day.

This gives the fans the chance to keep a memory from the event and pose with the guest of their choice where we provide free printing of all photos for you to keep.

The most involving part of the day for everyone is the talk sessions we hold with various guests attending the show. Our event hosts two talk theatres fully equipped with the latest equipment bringing you exclusive access to the stars.

It’s first come first served for seats but all are welcome and you may even be picked to ask the guests a question yourself!

If you are interested in booking a table at the event then please email us direct at:

Please detail the name of your company, contact details and any other relevant information. We can send you a list of our terms and regulations for selling at our event either via email or snail mail if necessary.

Since 2008 the Wales Comic Con has raised money for a number of UK based charities and raised thousands of pounds in the process with support from many people attending the event we always aim to support as many good causes as we can at every opportunity we get. The event and our costume groups raise thousands for a number of charities each year.

Cosplay has become synonymous with the Wales Comic Con after the crowds turned up in fine form during the event dressed head to toe as their favourite super hero, villain, video game champion or even fantasy idol.

We welcome all ages to join in the fun and show off their costumes with pride at our event, it is not necessary but is part of the fun!
