Netflix have recently announced a new ten episode chapter in the adventures of Marco Polo and upcoming premiere dates for some of its new original series.

Marco Polo will continue for 10 all-new episodes as Marco navigates Kublai Khan’s world of greed, betrayal, sexual intrigue and rivalry. HBO have confirmed that they will be producing a TV adaptation of the 1973 movie which starred Yul Brynner as a waxdroid gone wrong.

If the credits list on this are to be believed it's bound to be an epic show. Between is the story of a town under siege from a mysterious disease that has wiped out everybody except those 21 years old and under. The series explores the power vacuum that results when a government has quarantined a 10-mile diameter area and left the inhabitants to fend for themselves.

For those of you eagerly awaiting Marvel's new TV shows due to hit Netflix in the coming year, Marvel have released the first images of Charlie Cox as the titular Man Without Fear along with some test footage at this year's New York Comic Con.

The costume is apparently inspired by the Frank Miller and John Romita Jr run on the original comic and looks set to be a dark take on the Hell's Kitchen Hero. This will mark the first of the Hell's Kitchen series due to air on Netflix which will be followed by Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron...

In the orginal draft of my "Into The Dalek" review, I noted that there was a striking resemblance between the Heaven that Missy takes the half faced robot to at the end of "Deep Breath", and the ruined garden that Amy finds herself in during "The Girl Who Waited".
I thought this observation deserved a post of it's own, so here it is.  These are the two scenes, what do you make of them?

In an announcement made at Comic-Con, it was revealed that Alexander Siddig (ST:DS9's Dr.Bashir) will be joining the Game of Thrones cast for Season 5.  Siddig will play Doran Martell, ruling lord of Dorne and elder brother of Prince Oberyn.
